Mandated by the DOE (Department of Energy) and the public service commission, all for profit utility companies are required to establish these programs to help customers with consumption. Most provide all program benefits with no cost passed on to customers.

Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE)

Enacted by the department of energy and driven by local community action agencies, this program (WAP) allows us to service households in Arkansas that may not be eligible for utility-company-based assistance.

This program has the most to offer for customers and is more selective as to who they are able to help. This allows us to provide significate benefit to those who are selected with many measures that may not be available through utility partnered programs such as the replacement of entire home conditioning systems.
