As a BPI certified energy performance contractor, we inspect the following key components of your home as part of local NO-COST programs. Each program varies so check in with us to see what measures your home qualifies for. We can assure you that your home is being taken care of with all work upholding the BPI standards.

Diagnostic Duct Testing and Repair

Your home's central A/C can be the cause of 20% or more of your utility bills. Broken or leaky air ducts may quite simply blow your money away. We will inspect and repair your old, leaky ducts to save you money.

Diagnostic Home Envelope Testing and Sealing

Air flows in and out of your home envelope due to its natural design. But too much air escaping means your A/C and heat may struggle to keep your home comfortable. We will check for and repair any large air leaks. This will improve your home's performance and indoor air quality.

Efficient lighting is a must. Swap over to LED bulbs

Home Lighting Efficiency

Incandescent and Halogen light bulbs can use up to 10X the electricity of an LED. Our team will provide LED upgrades or recommendations that will cut down on the lighting cost in your home.

The cellulous insulation we provide has a sorts of added benefits: added air barrier, pest deterrence, and sound deadening.

Attic Insulation

Insulation in the attic will be inspected. Reporting current values and providing the best recommendations for improvement.

Health and Safety

Our teams will perform a health and safety evaluation before and after all work to ensure the safety of your home and families.

Gas testing

Spillage and leak testing for gas appliances and ambient co in the home.

Ventilation evaluation

Our techs will examine all exhaust appliances as well as passive or mechanical ventilation for your home and the attic or crawl space

Mold, asbestos, lead, and pest identification

All of our employees are trained to note and inform home owners about any of these issues that might be present in your home.

Additional services

We provide transparent pricing and hassle-free quotes for all jobs. This is part of our mission to make home ownership affordable. We will offer the lowest available prices for all work done. It includes a complete list of all eligible rebates and tax credits for the work done in your home. Use these factors to get the fastest payback on your efficiency upgrades. We will add certified home performance tests before and/or after most jobs. This is included with these services for no additional fees.

While it may not be a cure all, when used tactfully it can increase efficiency and provide significant benefit to the home. From encapsulating duct lines to sealing large areas of the home we would love to educate where spray foam can be best used in your home with no disruption.

Spray Foam

While insulation is key, some time there is a need for keeping additional heat out of your home and attic. Depending on how they are able to be installed they can reduce peak attic temperatures by tens of degrees, lowering your cooling bill, and retaining more heat.

Radiant Barriers

Air quality begins with moisture mitigation. Having proper moisture barriers where needed will reduce humidity in your home and keep poor air quality at bay.

Vapor/Moister Retarders

Whether your home is ineligible, or it just does not come to the quality that you desire, we can help insulate your home to what ever values needed. This can include specific needs for attic insulation, or insulation for your floors and walls. All in between is worth evaluating.
